what is an ideal lifestyle?
I n my view there should be 2 goals one should always have: 1.Health and fitness and 2.Education 1.Health and fitness : so how to be healthy and fit to the best of my knowledge. Sleep: >Sleep when the sun sets not exactly at 6pmbut i consider 10pm to 6am the good time. >You cant focus on things if you dont have enough sleep i.e 7-8hrs >sleep is a part of ones life its not time wasting as if we think at times >Why because the earth was formed due to sun and all the life on earth is dependent on sun itself without sur rise no one can survive.If you see even the plans produce food through sun light only which is called photosynthesis. >Do yoga or moderate workouts >Eat food that is easily digestable i mean which is easily decomposed or digested by the body >Each one body is built different so they should observe their body capacity what food is good for them and whats not and build good food habits to make most out of it.
